Wavo SAS in Lyon is hiring its first Product Manager to lay the foundations of the product organisation. You will own a concrete product scope within a squad still being built and work closely with the Founder & Product lead.

The role is highly hands-on, collaborating daily with the engineering team to frame problems, write specs, and drive delivery. You will shape the future product squads around Platform, Data, and Ops & Risk.

Qualifications

• Meaningful experience in Product Management in a demanding tech environment.
• Ability to understand complex business problems and translate them into actionable product solutions.
• Comfortable in a build phase where processes, tools and organisation evolve quickly.
• Motivation to join an ambitious team and build the first product squad.

Responsabilités

• Frame problems with the engineering team, write specs and drive delivery.
• Prioritise work to ship features that meet business, operational and technical needs.
• Collaborate with Ops, Risk, Finance and Growth teams.
• Help form the first product squad and own a broad scope initially.
