Wavo SAS, based in Lyon, is hiring a Growth Manager to build and optimize its growth engine for inventory financing to SMEs. You will own growth levers, improve channels and user journeys, and run rapid experiments to boost volume and quality of opportunities for the Sales team.

You will work closely with Adrien (Marketing), Sales and Ops to ensure a coherent, scalable growth machine with a pragmatic test-measure-iterate mindset.

Qualifications

• Proven growth, acquisition or performance marketing experience in tech environments (startup/scale-up/fintech/SaaS).
• Strong multi-channel acquisition with focus on profitability and quality of opportunities.
• Excellent experimentation culture with short cycles and rapid iterations.
• Solid data mindset: KPIs like CAC, payback, opportunity quality.
• Strong messaging sensitivity and conversion-focused approach.
