Job summary

Telnyx is building a local Enterprise Sales Pod in France. As Founding Account Executive, you’ll own a 30–40 account list across France, forging executive relationships and closing multi-million deals with a dedicated Forward Deployed Engineer as a technical partner.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise sales experience in French markets.
• Track record of $1M+ deals.
• Experience selling to executive and technical buyers.
• Hunter mentality with own pipeline.
• Strong ROI storytelling for both technical and business buyers.
• Familiarity with MEDDPICC, Challenger, SPIN, etc.
• Proficient with Salesforce, Outreach, Gong.
• Fluent in French and English.

Responsibilities

• Own a territory of 30–40 named enterprise accounts across France, narrowing to ~10 Tier 1 accounts worth $1M+ in annual potential.
• Build executive relationships with CIOs, CTOs, VP Engineering, and business leaders.
• Run full sales cycle: prospect, qualify, design architecture with FDE, negotiate, and close.
• Sell production outcomes, not just products; lead with deployment of AI agents and production impact.
• Agree the commercial destination before any custom work begins; avoid free discovery.
• Maintain disciplined POC management with named sponsor, success criteria, pricing, and dates.
• Expand accounts; one workload becomes multiple workloads and revenue grows.
• Build local references and case studies across Paris.
• Provide accurate pipeline reporting and forecasting.
