Partner Company is seeking a founding engineer to transform an AI agent product into scalable, reliable infrastructure in Europe. You will work directly with the founder to own backend, frontend, and agent systems, shaping architecture, standards, and culture from the ground up.

You will run the agent runtime, orchestrate workflows, and drive the product forward with frequent ship cycles, while preparing for future CTO-level leadership as the team grows.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of professional software engineering experience or equivalent founder/early lead track record.
• Hands-on experience building and operating LLM-powered or AI agent systems in production.
• Strong full-stack capabilities spanning backend, infrastructure, frontend, and AI/agent systems.

Responsabilités

• Transform an existing AI agent product into scalable, reliable infrastructure.
• Design, build, and operate the core agent runtime (orchestration, memory, verification, multi-agent workflows).
• Develop across the full technology stack including backend, frontend, and AI agent systems.
