H Company is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to help build and scale the infrastructure that underpins our AI research and agent platform.

You will design and manage observability, data pipelines, training and inference infra, and collaborate with researchers and engineers across deployments, including on-prem and multi-tenant setups.

This hybrid role is based in Paris (3 days per week in the office) with competitive compensation and strong opportunities for growth in a fast-moving AI startup.

Qualifications

• Observability and monitoring with Datadog, Prometheus or Grafana.
• Proficiency in a modern programming language (Python or JS/TypeScript).

Responsabilités

• Designing and managing the infrastructure to support research efforts and model/agent development (training infra, data pipelines, inference).
• Setup and maintain observability and monitoring strategies.
