Lina Law (HX26) is seeking a founding partner to lead its Banking & Finance practice in Paris. You will own the financing workstream on complex deals, including LBOs, acquisition finance, and private credit, and shape how AI augments the team while you sign off on critical matters.

You will draft and negotiate facility agreements, intercreditor arrangements, and security documents across senior, mezzanine, and unitranche structures, ensuring efficient closings and risk control.

Formación

• 7+ years in banking & finance with deal experience.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills with senior authority.
• Experience shaping practice and leveraging AI-enabled workflows is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own the financing workstream on complex deals from LBOs to growth facilities.
• Draft, review and negotiate facility and security documents.
• Orchestrate closing logistics and due diligence processes.
• Provide senior sign-off on financing structures and risk.
• Help shape the firm’s direction as a founding partner.
