Founding AI ERP Deployment Lead

Job summary

Piston is seeking a founding deployment strategist to own large-scale ERP deployments with AI in France. You’ll guide client engagements from signed contract to go-live within eight to twelve weeks, delivering a new ERP that runs buying, selling, stock and production, plus AI agents inside it that read orders and adjust production.

On site and remote-friendly, you’ll map how clients spend their time, write deployment playbooks, train teams, and protect budgets.

Qualifications

• Two years or more managing client projects in an industrial environment, typically in consulting (operations, supply chain, transformation).
• You use LLMs every day, and you've built things with them: automations, agents, prompts that run in production.
• You translate what people say into what the system and the agents must do, and you notice when the two don't match.
• You can hold a room, and say no in it.
• Around 150 project days a year, several deployments running at once.
• Fluent English and French, both required.

Responsibilities

• Deploy the ERP, with AI.
• Put the first AI agents live, during the ERP deployment.
• Write the deployment playbook for future deployments.
• Map where the client's time goes and identify the backlog for agents.
• Teach humans to work with agents and ensure they stay in the loop.
• Hold the date and the budget for each deployment.
