Plato is building the AI OS for litigation lawyers, turning AI research into reliable production systems. You’ll work with the CTO at the intersection of AI, software engineering and product, turning prototypes into production-ready features used by legal professionals.

Join as a founding AI engineer to shape agentic workflows, process complex documents, and build scalable backend services, with equity and close collaboration with the founding team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of software or AI engineering experience.
• Strong software engineering foundation with TypeScript.
• Experience shipping production AI systems and tools.

Responsabilités

• Design and ship AI features used directly by lawyers.
• Turn prototypes into production-ready features.
• Extract, structure and reason over large volumes of unstructured legal documents.
• Build backend services and infrastructure to run AI reliably at scale.
• Work with founders to understand real-world problems and ship fast.
