Beloy in Paris is seeking a founder’s associate for a 6-month internship starting March 2027. You will work directly with the CEO and Chief of Staff on strategic and growth initiatives, from market research to hands-on organizational tasks.

You’ll contribute to business strategy, reporting, and investor communications, with a fast-paced culture and close support from the Leadership Team. English required for applications.

Qualifications

• Background: Top tier schools and universities in France or abroad.
• Relevant experience (including previous internships) in VC, consulting, strategy, M&A or similar in high-growth startups.
• Strong analytical, reporting and research abilities.

Responsabilités

• Support on new business initiatives with market research, business analysis and financial modeling.
• Create presentation materials for All Hands, Boards, Leadership Team, etc.
• Perform competitive analysis on product value propositions, technology and processes.
• Assist in investor communications (pitch decks).
• Support management reporting on KPIs across Sales, Operations, Tech, coordinating projects.

We are looking for a founder’s associate to join us in Paris from March 2027 for a 6-month internship. You will work on a variety of strategic and growth initiatives alongside the Leadership Team, ranging from high-level strategic projects to hands-on organizational matters.

The role of Founder’s Associate / Strategy & Growth analyst will work directly with the CEO and the Chief of Staff and will entail the following duties:

• Business Strategy: Support on new business initiatives through market research, business analysis, financial modeling, and go-to-market strategies
• Communication: Create presentation materials for key stakeholders (All Hands, Boards, Leadership Team, etc.)
• Market watch: Perform competitive analysis on key topics such as product value propositions, technology and critical business processes
• Investor: Assist in any investor communication when required (pitch deck, etc.)
• Reporting: Support in structuring the management reporting on strategic topics with KPIs across Sales, Operations, Tech, etc. Oversee and coordinate key business projects that may involve both internal and external stakeholders
• Other ad-hoc strategic and operational initiatives

You are a fast learner, curious and able to problem solveYou are rigorous: we will be relying on you! This means you will be structured and have strong analytical skills (both quantitative and qualitative)You are completely fluent in Google/Microsoft Suite, including Excel. You have proficiency in analysing large amounts of data and presenting it clearly with the help of presentationsYou have working knowledge of financial modeling to perform market sizing, profitability analysis etc., or willingness to learn

Compensation**:

€1,200 gross per month for an internship, or between €1,200 and €1,870 gross per month for an apprenticeship, depending on the candidate’s profile and the applicable legal/conventional framework in France.
