Cohere is seeking a Deployment Engineer to scale North in private cloud and on-prem environments for enterprise customers in France. You will collaborate with enterprise IT teams and security peers to deploy, configure, and validate solutions that meet data privacy standards.

You'll lead high-velocity deployment initiatives, optimize Kubernetes-based workloads, and travel to client sites up to 40%. Fluent French and strong customer-facing skills are required.

Qualifications

• Experience deploying enterprise software in private/hybrid cloud environments.
• Strong Kubernetes production experience, including Helm.
• Proven DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and version control with Git.
• Hands-on cloud infrastructure expertise (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Solid networking and virtualization skills.
• Excellent customer-facing communication in French.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end deployment of North in private cloud and on-premises environments.
• Partner with enterprise IT teams to assess infrastructure, security requirements, and data management practices.
• Experiment at a high velocity and with a high level of quality to engage customers and deliver solutions.
• Design and implement deployment strategies tailored to client needs, ensuring data privacy and security compliance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve deployment-related technical issues with timely resolutions.
• Travel up to 20–40% to work on-site with customers and partners.
