Notino is seeking a Forward Deployed Architect to help customers translate AI ambitions into scalable, value-driven workflows. You will collaborate with clients to design and launch AI-native solutions that drive adoption, usage, and measurable outcomes across complex environments.

The role requires strong discovery skills, technical fluency, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams. Fluent English and French are essential for success in this global company.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in tech services/consulting or customer-facing roles.
• Ability to map ambiguous goals to actionable workflows and success criteria.
• Strong discovery skills to map current-state workflows and pain points.
• Hands-on AI mindset for designing and prototyping AI-enabled workflows.
• Fluency with APIs, data models and enterprise systems; can reason about constraints.
• Experience delivering adoption-focused implementations and managing engagements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to influence executives.
• Fluency in English and French.

Responsabilités

• Partner with customers from discovery to launch, translating goals into scalable solutions.
• Design architectures and workspaces that meet governance and integration needs.
• Build AI-native workflows using company tools and partner with engineering when needed.
• Develop adoption plans and enablement materials for customers.
• Identify repeatable patterns and create packaged delivery assets.
• Act as trusted advisor, balancing tradeoffs and guiding implementation paths.
• Collaborate with GTM, Product, Engineering, and Partners to scale successful approaches.
