Airbus Commercial Aircraft seeks an FMEA deployment manager to lead proactive risk mitigation and standardize DFMEA/PFMEA across Engineering and Manufacturing Engineering. You will drive digital integration of workflows into enterprise systems (Skywise and SAP S/4HANA) and build cross-functional capabilities.

You will lead workshops, establish KPIs, and ensure closed-loop control plans while aligning with EN9145 quality standards and global programmes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Quality, Engineering, or Manufacturing Engineering with at least 3 years deploying DFMEA/PFMEA in high-reliability industries.
• Experience performing quality assurance and proactive risk mitigation methods (DFMEA, PFMEA, APQP, Control Plans, Problem Solving).
• Good knowledge of Quality Management System and strong analytical communication.

Responsabilités

• Lead cultural and methodological shift toward proactive risk mitigation, standardizing FMEA deployment across diverse teams.
• Lead and facilitate cross-functional FMEA workshops with Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, and Production.
• Ensure seamless closed-loop flow from DFMEA to PFMEA and Control Plans.
• Drive adoption and integration of FMEA software tools (Skywise and SAP S4) within Airbus functions and sites.
• Establish KPIs to track risk reduction, high-RPN mitigation velocity, and system maturity.
• Lead training and communities of practice to improve FMEA learning and content quality.
• Contribute to deployment of EN9145 Quality Standards per business priorities.
