Airbus SAS in Toulouse, France, is seeking a FMEA deployment manager to lead embedding DFMEA and PFMEA methodologies across Engineering and Manufacturing Engineering, driving proactive risk mitigation and quality standards.

You will coordinate cross-functional workshops, promote FMEA software adoption (Skywise, SAP S4), develop KPIs, and build capabilities across sites while ensuring alignment with EN9145 and other Quality Standards.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Quality, Engineering, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• At least 3 years deploying DFMEA/PFMEA in high-reliability industries.
• Experience with DFMEA, PFMEA, APQP, Control Plans and problem solving.
• Knowledge of Quality Management System.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead and facilitate cross-functional FMEA workshops across Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality and Production.
• Ensure closed-loop DFMEA to PFMEA and Control Plans.
• Promote adoption of FMEA software tools (Skywise & SAP S/4) across sites.
• Define KPIs to track risk reduction and system maturity.
• Lead training and communities of practice for FMEA learning and content quality.
• Contribute to deployment of EN9145 Quality Standards where priority dictates.
