AIRST Airbus SAS Toulouse is seeking a senior FMEA deployment manager to embed DFMEA/PFMEA methodologies across engineering and manufacturing. You will drive proactive risk mitigation, lead cross-functional workshops, and ensure seamless integration with enterprise systems such as Skywise and SAP S/4HANA.

You will influence quality strategy, develop capability, and govern FMEA standards while collaborating with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality and Production teams in a dynamic aerospace

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Quality, Engineering, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• At least 3 years actively facilitating and deploying DFMEA/PFMEA in high-reliability industries.

Responsabilités

• Lead cultural and methodological shift toward proactive risk mitigation.
• Standardize FMEA deployment across diverse teams and accelerate digital integration.
• Govern and deploy DFMEA and PFMEA methods within Airbus functions and sites.
• Lead cross-functional FMEA workshops across Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, and Production.
• Ensure closed-loop flow from DFMEA to PFMEA and Control Plans.
• Drive adoption of FMEA software tools (Skywise & SAP S4) within sites.
• Establish KPIs to track risk reduction, high-RPN mitigation velocity, and maturity.
• Lead training and communities of practice for FMEA learning solutions and content quality.
