AIRBUS SAS in Toulouse seeks an FMEA deployment manager to lead the cultural and methodological shift toward proactive risk mitigation across Engineering and Manufacturing teams. You will standardize DFMEA and PFMEA workflows, embed them in enterprise systems, and drive continuous improvement of quality standards.

With 7+ years in quality/engineering, you will influence diverse stakeholders, deploy robust risk-mitigation practices, and champion digital tool adoption like Skywise and SAP S4.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Quality, Engineering, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• ≥3 years actively facilitating and deploying DFMEA/PFMEA in high‑reliability industries.
• Experience with Quality Management System and proactive risk mitigation methods.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to convey complex technical topics succinctly.
• Ability to influence and negotiate with multiple stakeholders across functions.
• Curious, persistent, and rigorous with project management competencies.
• Digital competencies and experience with FMEA software is a plus.
• Language: English negotiation level.

Responsabilités

• Lead DFMEA and PFMEA deployment across Engineering and Manufacturing Engineering teams.
• Facilitate cross-functional FMEA workshops with key stakeholders.
• Ensure DFMEA-to-PFMEA linkage and construction of Control Plans.
• Drive adoption of FMEA software tools (Skywise and SAP S4) within sites.
• Define KPIs to track risk reduction and system maturity improvements.
• Co-create training and communities of practice for FMEA content quality.
• Support EN9145 quality standards deployment according to business priorities.
