Jobtailor is seeking a qualified project engineer to lead maîtrise d'œuvre for rehabilitation projects in the Île-de-France region. You will oversee design and execution for fluid and thermal systems, participate in early design audits, and coordinate construction to meet schedule and budget.

The role requires a strong technical background in HVAC and plumbing, knowledge of French regulations, and an autonomous, rigorous work style.

Qualifications

• Engineer degree in thermal/fluids/building engineering or equivalent.
• 3–6 years experience in maîtrise d'œuvre within rehabilitation/renovation contexts.
• Strong technical background in HVAC, plumbing and thermal systems.
• Good knowledge of regulations and standards.
• Autonomous, rigorous, responsible with excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage project design and execution (maîtrise d'œuvre) operations with recognized expertise in fluid and thermal systems.
• Contribute to commercial proposals and bid responses.
• Study projects in the early design phase: audits and diagnostics and execution of fluid and thermal studies.
• Manage and coordinate construction works: monitor the schedule and financial performance of the project.
• Ensure compliance with DTU standards during the construction supervision phase.

Overview

• Manage project design and execution (maîtrise d'œuvre) operations with recognized expertise in fluid and thermal systems
• Contribute to commercial proposals and bid responses
• Study projects in the early design phase: audits, diagnostics, and execution of fluid and thermal studies
• Manage and coordinate construction works: monitor the operational schedule and the project's financial performance
• Ensure compliance with DTU standards (French technical construction standards) during the construction supervision phase

Requirements

• Higher education (Engineer or equivalent in thermal / fluids / building engineering)
• 5–6 years' experience, ideally in project management (maîtrise d'œuvre) within rehabilitation/renovation contexts
• Strong technical background in HVAC / plumbing / thermal systems, with an overall multi-trade (TCE) perspective
• Good knowledge of regulations and standards
• Autonomous, rigorous, responsible, with excellent interpersonal skills
