American Senior Communities is seeking a Float Registered Nurse (RN) to support multiple facilities within the Ft. Wayne area via the Clinical Resource Group Float Pool. This travel-friendly role offers a $46/hour rate and a flexible schedule to match your availability.

You will deliver high-quality resident care, assist with staffing needs, and collaborate across locations. We provide benefits, 401(k), paid time off, tuition assistance, and a $5,000 sign-on bonus to welcome you to the CRG team.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Indiana and minimum of 2 or more years of LTC Nursing Home Experience
• Willingness to travel locally (within ~50 miles)
• Strong teamwork and adaptability
