Aircalin in Nouméa seeks enthusiastic Flight Attendants to join our Cabin Crew team. You will ensure passenger safety, deliver exceptional service, and promote onboard products while representing the warm hospitality of New Caledonia.

Candidates must hold a valid Cabin Crew Attestation, a high school diploma, and provide English proficiency at B2 CEFR level. A dedicated, customer-focused attitude and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

  • Must hold valid Cabin Crew Attestation (CCA) by start date.
  • High school diploma (Baccalaureate level).
  • Valid Cabin Crew Medical Attestation issued by a CEMPN or physician approved by the Civil Aviation Authority.
  • English proficiency certificate (CEFR B2) from Cambridge/LILATE/IELTS/TOEIC/TOEFL within the past year.

Responsabilités

  • Ensure passenger safety and security on every flight according to regulations.
  • Provide high-quality customer service following Aircalin standards.
  • Enhance passenger experience by meeting needs and promoting loyalty.
  • Promote onboard products and services to passengers.

Your Responsibilities – What You'll Be Doing
  • Ensuring passenger safety and security throughout the flight in compliance with applicable regulations—safety is always our top priority.
  • Providing customer service in accordance with Aircalin's quality standards—every interaction is an opportunity to impress.
  • Optimizing passengers' flight experience by meeting their needs as effectively as possible and contributing to customer loyalty.
  • Promoting products available for purchase on board—you'll play a key role in our onboard sales programme.
Your Profile
Education & Experience
  • Valid Cabin Crew Attestation (CCA) —candidates must hold a CCA no later than the start date of the selection tests.
  • Minimum high school diploma (Baccalaureate level).
Skills & Qualifications
  • Valid Cabin Crew Medical Attestation issued by a CEMPN or a physician approved by the Civil Aviation Authority.
  • Proof of English proficiency at least equivalent to B2 level under the CEFR, obtained within the past year. Only the following certificates are accepted: Cambridge, LILATE, IELTS, TOEIC, or TOEFL.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills—you present yourself professionally and communicate with clarity.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills—you genuinely enjoy connecting with people.
  • Sales aptitude—you're comfortable promoting products and services.
  • Ability to work as part of a team—collaboration is essential in aviation.
  • Strong sense of responsibility—you take ownership of your duties.
  • Attention to detail and adaptability—you notice the little things and adjust to changing situations.
Important Requirements to Check
  • Uniform Policy: This position requires wearing a uniform. The company's uniform policy does not allow visible tattoos or piercings.
  • Clean criminal record—a legal requirement.
  • Fixed-term contract—depending on the company's staffing needs.
  • Irregular hours—the role involves weekends, public holidays, and nights, as well as multi-day trips to certain destinations served by the airline.
  • Local Employment Priority: In accordance with applicable New Caledonian regulations concerning the protection, promotion, and support of local employment, applications will be reviewed in accordance with current legislation. Where candidates have equivalent skills and qualifications, priority will be given to New Caledonian citizens.
