Qualifications

• Two years of retail store experience preferred.
• High School Diploma required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to convey the Deckers Brands Vision and Mission.
• Highly motivated team player and self-starter.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers promptly and courteously and provide recommendations.
• Operate the cash register and handle money accurately.
• Check inventory daily and ensure products are stocked and available.
• Merchandise products in line with Visual Merchandising standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized back-stock area and break room.
• Adhere to safety policies and report theft appropriately.
• Report to Store Manager and be on time for shifts.
