Deckers Brands in our retail network seeks a Sales Associate to create personalized shopping experiences and educate customers about the HOKA brand and products. You’ll embody the HOKA Expert standard and stay current on product technologies while delivering friendly, energetic service.

You’ll assist with store operations, handle the cash register accurately, manage inventory, maintain merchandised stock, and keep the back area organized. A positive attitude and teamwork are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years retail experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to convey the HOKA and Deckers Brands Vision, Mission, and Values to your team members and customers.
• Highly motivated team player and self-starter.

Responsabilités

• Create personalized shopping experiences educating customers about HOKA.
• Stay current on products and technologies as a HOKA Expert.
• Engage with customers and answer questions before they leave.
• Maintain store cleanliness, stock and merchandize according to Brand standards.
• Operate cash register and handle money accurately.
• Report to Store Manager; notify if late or absent.
