ALO is seeking a General Manager to lead a flagship/store in France, responsible for sales, profitability, and a high-performing team. You will drive brand standards, customer experience, and community engagement while optimizing operations, merchandising and people development.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking and the ability to manage KPIs to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail store or multi‑disciplinary store team.
• Proven ability to drive sales, profitability and customer experience.
• Strong people development and performance management capabilities.
• Comfort with data, KPIs and store operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the store's Sales, Operations and Visual teams to meet goals.
• Drive brand strategies to increase traffic, conversion and average ticket.
• Ensure store standards, merchandising and KPI targets are consistently achieved.
• Hire, train and coach staff; plan succession and career progression.
• Oversee inventory, loss prevention and payroll aligned with P&L objectives.
• Collaborate with corporate partners to implement in-season initiatives.
