Job summary

Vibe.co, based in Paris, is seeking its founding security hire to define risk, set the security roadmap, and harden our cloud-native stack on AWS and GCP. You will own access management, incident response, and compliance programs while coordinating with Walmart security teams.

You’ll build guardrails, drive secure defaults, and shape the security culture across a fast-growing, data-driven ad-tech platform. Hybrid work in Paris is supported.

Qualifications

• Built a security function as the company’s first security hire.
• Write code comfortably with deep cloud-native security experience.
• Managed a compliance framework at scale (SOC 2, ISO 27001, or HIPAA).
• Managed AI security risk hands on in product and usage scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Define risk model across major systems and set security roadmap.
• Enforce secure defaults and guardrails across engineering tools and pipelines.
• Own security incident response and remediation workflows end to end.
• Coordinate SOC 2 compliance and future security initiatives across teams.
• Promote safe AI usage and run security awareness training.
