Vestiaire Collective is seeking a Director of Cloud Infrastructure and Security to own our global cloud foundation. You will lead two senior teams—Cloud Infrastructure and Security—and partner with product teams to ensure reliability, cost efficiency, and strong security posture across AWS/GCP and edge services.

The role requires 8+ years in engineering with 5+ years leading infra or security teams, plus deep cloud, Kubernetes, and IaC expertise.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in engineering, with leadership experience.
• 5+ years leading infrastructure, platform, or security teams.
• Deep expertise in public cloud (AWS preferred), Kubernetes, and IaC.
• Track record establishing reliability practice at scale—SLOs, incident management, DR.
• Strong cloud cost optimisation and FinOps results at meaningful scale.

Responsabilités

• Lead two teams: Cloud Infrastructure and Security, shaping roadmaps.
• Own AWS/GCP footprint end-to-end and drive cost discipline.
• Advance IaC maturity with Terraform, GitOps, and policy tooling.
• Institute security governance, risk metrics, and incident response.
• Collaborate with product teams and legal for compliance.
