Lemonway, a licensed payment institution in Paris, is seeking an Account Manager to manage client portfolios across France and Europe. You will drive retention, growth, and satisfaction while coordinating with product, support, and compliance teams.

The role requires experience with B2B clients, a fintech background, and strong negotiation and communication skills. Hybrid work in Paris is offered with remote days.

Qualifications

• You have < 3 years of experience as Account Manager or Account Executive.
• Experience in payments industry or fintech is required.
• Experience with large B2B clients in an international context is preferred.
• Experience managing large portfolios of SMB merchants.

Responsabilités

• Client Portfolio Management: manage and grow accounts in France and Europe to ensure ongoing satisfaction.
• Business Development: identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing clients.
• Client Relations: act as primary contact for strategic clients and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Analysis and Reporting: monitor KPIs, prepare reports, update Salesforce forecasts.
• Internal Collaboration: work with product, support and compliance teams to improve customer experience.
