Job summary

Orchestrade in Paris is seeking a technically focused Business Analyst – Release Management to support design, testing and delivery of product control and financial systems solutions.

This role translates business requirements into functional specifications, collaborates with product managers, developers and stakeholders, and contributes to test scenarios, defect resolution and release validation in a fast-paced, financial-technology environment.

Qualifications

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Financial Engineering, or equivalent.
• 1-4 years of professional experience in the financial industry.
• Experience in Object-Oriented Programming; C#/C/C++ are preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical and technical problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Review requirements and acceptance criteria to understand expected system behavior.
• Design and execute test cases and scripts across functional, integration and regression testing.
• Validate enhancements and bug fixes against business requirements.
• Support User Acceptance Testing and coordinate test execution.
• Assist with release validation, deployment verification, and post-release checks.
• Maintain testing documentation and knowledge base for auditability.
