Job summary

Orchestrade is seeking a Business Analyst to support the company's growth in a FinTech setting, working on financial derivatives and energy/commodity derivative products. The role involves researching, validating developments, and direct client interaction to translate needs into deliverable software.

The Business Analyst will liaise between clients, project managers, developers and QAs to ensure timely delivery, develop test cases, and maintain strong client relationships while helping expand

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in Financial Engineering or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of professional experience in the financial industry.
• Experience in object-oriented programming; C#/C/C++ preferred.
• Knowledge of data management concepts and application functionality.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong business analysis, data extraction and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated and collaborative, eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to interpret business requirements and urgency.
• Analyze market and client requirements and map to Orchestrade capabilities.
• Prepare test cases and assist with regression testing.
• Coordinate between clients, developers and QA to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain client relationships and manage expectations.
• Prepare internal documentation for knowledge sharing.
