We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team in Paris. The successful candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, helping to understand business needs, define requirements, and support the delivery of effective IT solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand processes, challenges, and objectives.
- Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications for technical teams.
- Conduct workshops, interviews, and requirement-gathering sessions.
- Analyse existing business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Create Business Requirements Documents (BRD), functional specifications, process flows, and user stories.
- Work closely with developers, architects, testers, and project managers throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing), including test planning, test cases, and defect resolution.
- Validate delivered solutions against business requirements.
- Identify gaps, risks, dependencies, and potential improvements.
- Support change management and implementation activities.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and status updates for stakeholders.
- Ensure effective communication between business and technical teams.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst.
- Strong experience in requirements gathering and business process analysis.
- Good understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience creating user stories, functional specifications, and process documentation.
- Experience working with Jira, Confluence, MS Visio, or similar tools.
- Good understanding of UAT and functional testing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multicultural team.
- Experience working in an international environment is preferred.
- English is mandatory; French is preferred/required depending on the project.
