HSBC Holdings plc in Paris is seeking a CIB Financial Crime Risk Advisor to analyse and manage financial crime risks and support the business growth with rigorous compliance oversight. Based in Paris, you will collaborate with Compliance teams across Continental Europe to embed group requirements and local French rules.

You will be responsible for designing controls, advising the business, and participating in audits while promoting a proactive, collaborative culture within the team.

Qualifikationen

• Strong knowledge of French anti-bribery and corruption requirements.
• Experience in Compliance or risk management in CIB.
• Ability to analyze large data and provide guidance to the business.
• Proactive mindset and strong collaborative spirit.
• Master 2 in Legal or Compliance or Business Management; financial/banking experience is a plus.
• Fluent in French and English.

Aufgaben

• Support CIB Business in embedding HSBC and French requirements to prevent financial crime risks.
• Design processes with FLOD to assess bribery, corruption, and tax evasion risks.
• Analyze and assess risks, providing timely, high-quality advice to the business.
• Act as Risk Steward, identifying financial crime risks and designing remediation actions.
• Conduct ad hoc controls, participate in audits and Compliance Assurance reviews.
• Support Compliance teams across Continental Europe with awareness and leadership.
• Participate in AB&C Industry meetings organized by French association for Markets activities.
