Jobtailor in Île-de-France, near Puteaux, seeks a finance transformation professional to lead client initiatives in reorganizing and digitizing the finance function. The role focuses on optimizing performance management and formalizing AMOA processes, with a strong emphasis on deploying modern finance tools.

You will conduct diagnostics, set up finance structures for new activities, and industrialize management reporting using Power BI, while reviewing costing models and deploying cash flow

Qualifications

• Master's degree (Bac+5) required.
• Minimum 4 years' experience in finance or related field.
• Able to facilitate workshops in French and English.
• Strong project management skills.
• Familiarity with finance solutions (ERP, EPM, BI).
• Good understanding of information systems.

Responsabilités

• Accompany clients in reorganizing and digitizing the finance function.
• Optimize performance management.
• Rationalize, redesign and formalize internal AMOA processes.
• Conduct diagnostics and deploy tools (Anaplan, OneStream).
• Set up the Finance “set-up” for new activities or legal entities.
• Industrialize management reportings using Power BI.
• Review costing models.
• Deploy cash flow projection models.
