Mistral is seeking a Head of Financial Systems to shape the finance technology ecosystem. You will lead the design of a modern data-driven finance stack and coordinate with CFO, data teams, HR, IT, Legal, and Security to enable strategic decision making.

You will assess current tools, define requirements, build a target architecture with data governance, and deliver a roadmap including costs, risks, and migration plans to drive profitability and efficiency across the organization.

Qualifications

• Strong project management skills, from defining vision, strategy, and roadmaps, to stellar execution.
• Engineering degree from a tier-1 engineering school.
• Deep data architecture knowledge with hands-on experience (APIs, data pipelines, BigQuery, DBT).
• GenAI power user with coding skills and experience building scalable products.
• Experience in Finance technology assessment and knowledge of tools such as SAP S4H, Kyriba, Lago, Payflows.

Responsabilités

• Lead the assessment of current Finance technology landscape, including tools and data flows.
• Define and prioritize business, functional, and technical requirements for Finance systems.
• Design a target Finance tech architecture with data flows and integration planning.
• Develop a data governance framework with ownership and quality controls.
• Create and execute a plan to clean up and rationalize Finance datasets and migration readiness.
• Deliver a clear recommendation on the future Finance tech setup, including costs and risks.
