Mistral seeks a Head of Financial Systems to shape its Finance technology ecosystem, bridging finance, data, and operations. You will collaborate with the CFO and internal AI resources to assess systems and design a scalable architecture that supports growth.

You’ll drive profitability, automate accounting, and ensure reliable financial outputs across multinational teams. This is a senior leadership role with broad impact.

Qualifications

• Engineering background with strong finance and IT exposure.
• Ability to define vision, strategy, and roadmaps for finance tech initiatives.
• Experience in building data-driven finance ecosystems and leading cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead assessment of current Finance tech landscape including tools and data flows.
• Define and prioritize requirements for Finance systems with stakeholders.
• Design target Finance architecture outlining system roles and integrations.
• Develop data governance, ownership, and maintenance processes.
• Create and execute plan to clean and rationalize Finance datasets and migrate readiness.
• Deliver a roadmap with costs, risks and transition plan.
• Ensure migration-ready Finance data with clear ownership.
