Mistral is seeking a Head of Financial Systems to shape the finance technology stack and drive financial performance through data, systems and AI-driven processes.

You will assess current tools, define requirements with stakeholders, design a target architecture, and build a data governance framework to ensure reliable outputs. Collaborating with the CFO and cross‑functional teams, you will lead data clean-up, cost assessments, risk reviews and a transition roadmap across multicountry operations.

Qualifications

• PM, tech leadership required with vision, strategy and roadmaps.
• Experience designing finance tech architecture and data governance.
• Strong data governance, ownership and quality controls.

Responsabilités

• Lead the assessment of Mistral’s current Finance tech landscape, including tools, processes, data flows and pain points.
• Define and prioritize business, functional, and technical requirements for Finance systems in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Design a target Finance tech architecture, outlining system roles, integrations, and data flows and architectures.
• Develop a data governance framework, including ownership, quality controls, and maintenance processes.
• Create and execute a prioritized plan to clean up and rationalize Finance datasets and execute it.
• Deliver a clear recommendation on the future Finance tech setup, including costs, risks, and a transition roadmap.
• Ensure Finance data is migration-ready by addressing quality issues and defining ownership.
