You will contribute to cost analyses, budgeting, and vendor negotiations while assisting on internal AI projects. Proficiency in MS Office is essential, and a rigorous, agile approach is expected.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a university program (Master’s level / Bac+5) seeking an internship in Corporate Finance and/or Entrepreneurship.
• Initial experience in corporate finance (startup, VC, or M&A) is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrates intellectual agility and rigor.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the company financial model to ensure it reflects accurate financial data
• Monitor and forecast the company's cash position, including invoice tracking and analysis of cash flows
• Actively participate in and take ownership of specific aspects of the monthly financial reporting process for the CEO and investors
• Undertake various cost analysis projects as needed, providing actionable insights to optimize financial performance
• Collaborate in preparing and monitoring team budgets, ensuring alignment with strategic and financial objectives
• Provide support on internal AI projects (e.g., implementing a new CRM, deploying bots, process automation)
• Keep essential administrative documents up to date, such as the company registration extract (Kbis) and Urssaf certificates
• Manage company computers (fleet management, inventory)
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes
• Negotiate with vendors

Requirements

• You are enrolled in a university program or business school (Master’s level / Bac+5) and are seeking an internship specializing in Corporate Finance and/or Entrepreneurship
• You have initial experience in corporate finance (ideally at a startup) or in corporate finance roles such as VC or M&A
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• You demonstrate intellectual agility and rigor
