Qualifications

• Enrolled in a university program (Master’s level / Bac+5) seeking an internship in Corporate Finance and/or Entrepreneurship.
• Initial experience in corporate finance (startup, VC, or M&A) is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrates intellectual agility and rigor.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the company financial model.
• Monitor and forecast cash position; analyze cash flows.
• Participate in monthly financial reporting for CEO and investors.
• Assist in cost analysis projects to optimize performance.
• Support budgeting and vendor negotiations.
• Assist on internal AI projects and process automation.
• Keep registration extracts (Kbis) and Urssaf certificates up to date.
