Current AI is a small team building its operational systems from the ground up in Paris. This role sits at the centre of that effort, ensuring money moves correctly, contracts are in order, records are accurate, and the team uses the right tools to work efficiently.

You will report to the Finance & Operations Manager and collaborate with grants and people operations. The role offers breadth across invoices, accounting, donor reporting, contracts, and automation.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of experience in audit, consulting, or in-house finance and operations.
• Bachelor or equivalent in Finance, Accounting or similar field.
• Attention to detail and critical thinking: numbers must match.
• Interest in automation and AI tools to reduce repetitive work.
• Fluent in English and French, written and spoken.

Responsabilités

• Invoices and payments: manage full lifecycle, coding and verifying expenses.
• Accounting and audit: work with external accountants, prepare monthly packs.
• Partnerships and donor reporting: prepare financial reporting packs for funders.
• Contracts and vendors: support sourcing, route contracts for signature, manage procurement.
• Tools, systems and automation: manage subscriptions, run automated workflows, support teams.
• Compliance: keep data protection records current as tools change.
