Aria is seeking an Operations Manager to lead its Finance Operations team of 6, overseeing the full loan lifecycle from origination to repayment and insurance recovery.

The role partners with the Finance Director, reporting to the CFO, and demands building and redesigning workflows as a product. Emphasis on automation and AI to minimize manual work and elevate operational performance. This is not a caretaker role; you will proactively reimagine processes and drive measurable efficiency.

Responsabilités

• Own the operational integrity of the full loan lifecycle, from origination through repayment and insurance recovery.
• Lead a Finance Operations team of 6 (2 debt collection agents and 4 FinOps agents).
• Report to the Finance Director, who reports to the CFO.
• Treat workflows as a product to be redesigned, using automation and AI to minimize manual work and elevate operational performance.
