Current AI, Paris-based nonprofit technology initiative, seeks a Finance & Operations professional to manage invoices, contracts and donor reporting. You will work with grants and people operations, implementing efficient processes across budgets, audits and procurement.

You will collaborate with external accountants, maintain data integrity, and drive automation initiatives while ensuring compliance and confidentiality. Fluency in English and French is required.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in audit, consulting, or in-house finance/operations.
• Bachelor or equivalent in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Meticulous attention to numbers and detail with critical thinking.
• Interest in leveraging automation and AI tools to reduce repetitive work.
• Strong Excel skills and attention to data integrity.
• Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.

Responsabilités

• Manage the full invoice lifecycle, recording and coding expenses and tracking payments.
• Collaborate with external accountants and prepare monthly budget vs actuals.
• Prepare financial reporting packs for funders and manage donor reporting.
• Support supplier sourcing, contracts, and procurement compliance.
• Maintain tools, licences and access; support automation efforts.
• Screen vendors for sanctions and protect data privacy.
