Job summary

Atlas Copco Group Co.,Ltd in France seeks a Field Service Engineer to provide on-site repair services for our technology solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.

The role involves visiting customer sites across FR, performing installations, safety checks, and documenting activities, while diagnosing issues to prevent downtime.

You will join a dynamic field service team from our FREPILLON center, travel frequently, and report to the Operations Manager.

• Report into the Operations Manager.
• Conduct planned and ad hoc visits to inspect, service, troubleshoot, and repair various technical systems. You will also diagnose any issues to prevent equipment downtime.
• Perform installations, ensure safety compliance, and document activities.
• Be the on-site contact, providing service recommendations and addressing customer needs promptly.
