ASML in France seeks a Customer Support Engineer to maintain, qualify, repair and install ASML systems at customer sites and transfer knowledge to customers.

You will diagnose problems, monitor equipment, train users, and prepare technical reports while coordinating with experts and installation teams. Travel up to 65% may be required; shifts possible. A Bachelor in Mechatronics is preferred, with strong English and French communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Mechatronics preferred.
• Strong customer focus and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Experience working with procedures within timelines.
• Proficient with data analysis, word processing, spreadsheets and presentations.
• Attention to detail and high accuracy.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate and diagnose problems and perform repairs in collaboration with customers and technical support.
• Monitor, maintain and optimize equipment daily to prevent issues.
• Advise users on actions to fix malfunctions promptly.
• Train customers in equipment use and routine maintenance; answer questions professionally.
• Perform administrative duties including pass-downs, work orders and monthly reports.
• Prepare written technical reports independently and accurately.
• Support less experienced ASML personnel as needed.
• Assist installation team on customer sites, including upgrades and relocations on PAS machines, steppers and scanners.
