ASML is seeking a Service Engineer for HMI (Holistic Metrology and Inspection) to ensure reliable operation of inspection equipment at the customer site in Crolles, France. You will repair and maintain HMI systems, participate in installations, and support remote or on-site customers across Belgium, Germany and Ireland with up to 30-40% travel.

The role requires a BTS/DUT in engineering, at least 3 years of hands-on experience, and strong English (B2); French is a plus.

Qualifications

• BTS or DUT (Higher National Diploma equivalent) in an engineering field.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience working directly on machinery.
• Upper intermediate English (B2) plus French as an added value.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose, analyze and solve technical problems.
• Ensure preventive and curative maintenance of HMI equipment.
• Implement software and hardware updates.
• Escalate complex issues to HMI 2nd lines as needed.
• Develop a solid relationship with the client through technical assistance and support.
• Work primarily in a clean room environment with strict hygiene and safety rules.
