Group Lotus is seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer to provide advanced technical support across our dealer network in France. You’ll diagnose complex vehicle faults, coach dealers on diagnostics and repair methods, and contribute to improving first‑time fix performance.

You will travel regularly, hold a driving license, and act as a technical bridge between dealers and Lotus Head Office, delivering on‑site coaching and training while upholding the brand’s high standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Field Service Engineer or equal Aftersales role.
• Strong diagnostic expertise across electrical, electronic and mechanical systems.
• Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent French and English with clear communication.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on diagnosis and resolve complex vehicle faults.
• Assist Dealers with difficult repairs and coaching on diagnostics.
• Analyse repair histories and field data for root cause analysis.
• Coordinate with Lotus Head Office Technical Support on issues.
• Guide Dealers on diagnostics, repair methods and fault-finding.
• Coach and mentor technicians to improve capability and repair quality.
• Identify competency gaps and provide feedback to Head Office.
• Support regional technical training plans and the Lotus Training Academy.
• Deliver on-site coaching, demonstrations and technical training.
• Support escalated customer cases and communicate clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Provide feedback on product quality and dealer capability.
• Support Warranty and Quality teams with investigations.
