IICRC is seeking a Project Manager to lead restoration field operations, overseeing drying, demolition, and restoration activities while ensuring client satisfaction. You will review documentation, explain processes to customers, and supervise technicians on active jobs.

Responsibilities include assisting with estimates in Xactimate, coordinating with adjusters, and ensuring work adheres to company policies. Strong customer service and construction knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of insurance restoration and construction industry.
• Valid Driver’s License and satisfactory driving record.
• Ability to lead and train teams; experience managing teams of 2+.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently or lead a team.
• On-call schedule required.

Responsabilités

• Retrieve work orders, verify travel route and load equipment for the job.
• Complete jobs per company processes within budget and maintain quality control.
• Monitor active residential/commercial jobs and communicate with customers.
• Create estimates in the applicable software.
• Document loss with photos and upload into the operating system.
• Explain the drying process and next steps to customers.
• Interface with adjusters and customers to resolve issues and answer questions.
• Train new technicians or key operational team members.
