ServiceMaster Restoration Services is seeking a Project Manager to lead field and office efforts after disasters, inspect projects, plan actions, monitor progress, and keep standards on track. You’ll coordinate resources, guide technicians on-site, and complete required loss documentation for estimates.

The role combines hands-on field work with office duties, requiring travel to active jobsites, potential exposure to hazardous materials, and a proactive, solution-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a management role or disaster restoration industry.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Analytical thinking with attention to detail.
• High emotional intelligence and customer-focused approach.
• Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Familiarity with industry standards and protocols.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain project scope, quality, performance standards, and risk assessment.
• Coordinate internal and external resources for flawless execution.
• Provide on-site support guiding technicians on loss scopes.
• Document losses with sketches and scope sheets for estimates.
• Develop partnerships with third-party resources, adjusters, and customers.
• Assign and monitor resources to maximize deliverables and efficiency.
• Report outcomes/risks to management per project plan.
• Participate in on-call schedules as assigned.
• Develop competed estimates using Xactimate or related apps.
• Manage rotating on-call schedule.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
