Job summary

Firstunion is seeking an on-site Customer & Field Support specialist to provide daily apparel and merchandising support at wholesale partner warehouses in Île-de-France. You will execute promotions and maintain stock coverage to ensure strong frontline performance.

Regular customer visits and responsive issue resolution will be key, along with training wholesalers to improve sales capability and sharing market insights to shape the strategy.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail management or wholesale channel management.
• FMCG, consumer electronics, or retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily on-site support at wholesale partner warehouses with merchandising and promotional execution.
• Conduct regular customer visits to understand needs and maintain long-term partnerships.
• Respond promptly to customer feedback and coordinate internal resources to resolve issues.
• Monitor market dynamics and analyze competitor activities to inform sales strategy.
• Optimize customer inventory management to ensure stock and SKU coverage.
• Deliver product knowledge and sales skills training to wholesalers and retailers.
• Assist in planning and executing promotional activities to increase market share and sales.
