Linesight is seeking a FIDIC Engineer / Contract Administrator to join our team in Paris. You will act as the contract administrator, leading the contract administration process and ensuring timely compliance with FIDIC requirements across large-scale projects.

You will coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors, provide expert guidance on contract interpretation and claims, and lead progress and project meetings to monitor performance.

Qualifications

• Experience with FIDIC contract forms and their practical application on construction projects.
• Proven ability to manage contract correspondence, notices, and claims with precision.

Responsabilités

• Act as the contract administrator under the FIDIC form of contract.
• Lead and manage the contract administration process including notices, instructions, claims and variations.
• Coordinate with client, consultant and contractor teams on contractual and commercial matters.
• Provide clear, timely advice on FIDIC interpretation, claims assessment and dispute resolution.
• Lead project meetings and monitor contract performance.
• Implement and monitor project procedures compliant with governance and FIDIC requirements.
• Support continuous improvement of contract administration processes.
