Exyte in France is seeking an Expert Contract & Claim Management (m/f/d) to lead the claims lifecycle on a large-scale Data Centre EPC project. You will advise on contract interpretation, manage notices, and support negotiations with senior stakeholders across international teams.

The role requires a Master’s degree in Law with a Construction/Contract/International Business focus, 3–6 years in EPC or infrastructure contracts, and fluency in English and French.

• Master's degree in Law with a construction, contract, or international business focus.

Responsabilités

• Manage the full claims lifecycle for client and subcontractor contracts.
• Prepare and issue contractual notices within deadlines and maintain records.
• Build and maintain claim files with entitlement analysis and documentation.
• Review subcontractor claims for compliance and back-to-back strategies.
• Maintain logs, registers, obligation matrices and audit trails.
• Monitor milestones, notice requirements, deadlines and risk obligations.
• Review Employer Instructions, Variation Orders and change events for implications.
• Support change management and ensure contractual compliance.
• Advise teams on contract interpretation, procedures and risks.
• Assist negotiations and dispute resolution with senior stakeholders.
