• Minimum 10 years of experience in Contract Management and/or Construction Law.
• Experience on large infrastructure, energy, oil & gas, or EPC projects is a strong advantage.
• Fluent English, including contractual and technical English.
• Adaptable and internationally mobile with ability to work in multicultural teams.

To support the successful delivery of a major international infrastructure project in a challenging environment, we are looking for an experienced Contract Manager (M/F).

In this role, you will be responsible for managing contractual and commercial matters throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, protecting the project's interests, and supporting the successful delivery of project objectives.

This position will be based abroad in a demanding environment, with regular missions to the project site and close interaction with project teams, clients, subcontractors, and key stakeholders.

Reporting to the Project Director, your main responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring the application of the main contract, including contractual and financial follow-up.
• Managing contractual correspondence with the Client, including claims and variation requests.
• Registering and following up variation orders, contractual events, and client communications.
• Identifying and assessing contractual, commercial, and financial risks and proposing mitigation measures.
• Coordinating with project teams to ensure contractual obligations and third-party requirements are properly managed.
• Anticipating risks associated with delays and potential contractual penalties.
• Supporting the development and implementation of the project's contractual and commercial strategy.
• Assisting with client valuations and ensuring compliance with contractual payment requirements.
• Participating in project review and management meetings.
• Working closely with the Subcontract Manager, Quantity Surveyor,
• Finance Team, Document Control Team, and Head Office when required.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Contract Management and/or Construction Law.
• Previous experience on large infrastructure, energy, oil & gas, or EPC projects would be a strong advantage.
• Strong understanding of contractual, commercial, and financial project risks.
• Ability to manage claims, variations, and contractual correspondence with clients and stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Proactive, rigorous, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in demanding project environments.
• Bachelor's Degree in Law or Juris Doctor would be an asset.
• Adaptable and internationally mobile.
• Fluent English, including contractual and technical English.
• Comfortable working within multicultural and multidisciplinary teams.
