NYU Langone Health is seeking a Supervisor - Buildings and Grounds and Waste Management to lead the facilities and waste teams across the campus network. The role involves coordinating contractor work, ensuring cleaning standards, managing budgets, and improving operational procedures.

The ideal candidate has at least a bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 3+ years of supervisory experience in hospital settings, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3 years supervisory experience in hospital/biomedical facilities.
• Strong verbal, written and organizational skills are necessary.

Responsabilités

• Supervise Buildings and Grounds and Waste Management staff.
• Coordinate cleaning and window cleaning with contractors.
• Process invoices and maintain department records.
• Assist in budgeting for cleaning services.
• Plan and implement new programs and procedures.
• Conduct site inspections.
