HHS is seeking a friendly, proactive Linen Distribution Manager to join our hospital linen program at Clark Regional Medical Center. You will manage the hospital’s linen program to support efficient distribution, budgeting, and sustainable usage to drive cost savings.

You will lead education for EVS, nursing, and staff, forecast budgets, and collaborate on training and staffing. The role requires a hands-on leader who can implement linen-saving initiatives and report on progress to stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of operations/management experience, preferably laundry operations.
  • Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, email, and ordering platforms.
  • Willingness to relocate for promotion opportunities.
  • Experience working in a hospital environment (plus).
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements (OSHA, Joint Commission) (plus).
  • Proficiency in languages other than English, especially Spanish (plus).

Job Description

We’re looking for a friendly, compassionate, leader to join our linen distribution team!

Manage the hospital’s linen program to support effective distribution, collection, and overall linen usage. Linen is one of the most overused resources in a hospital, and through effective management, you can support sustainability initiatives and drive cost savings for the facility to support an environment where patients can comfortably heal.

Responsibilities
  • Create, initiate, and manage linen-saving initiatives to support the effective use of facility resources
  • Support the facility’s linen budget through forecasting, planning, and execution
  • Provide linen education to the EVS team, nursing, and other facility staff
