UVMMC - Medical Center is seeking a supervisor for Environmental Services Day Manager in Burlington, VT. Responsible for supervision of Waste Management, cleaning and disinfection, and Infection Prevention across the Environment of Care.

The role coordinates all routine and project assignments, maintains schedules, training, evaluations, and performance improvement plans. It aims to meet cost, quality and regulatory objectives aligned with FAHC's strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of five years of supervisory experience.
• Two years in a Health Care environment.

Responsabilités

• Supervise operations related to Waste Management, cleaning and disinfection.
• Coordinate routine and project assignments and activities for Environmental Services.
• Maintain schedules, training, evaluations and performance improvement plans.
• Meet with Department Managers regularly and achieve cost, quality and regulatory objectives.
